Welcome to Indah Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
• Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required for memberships and prepaid packages.
• All online payments are processed securely.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with prior notice.
• Missed appointments without notice may be treated as completed sessions.

4. Membership

• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Membership benefits are valid only during the validity period.
• Expired memberships cannot be extended unless approved by Indah Spa.

5. Health Information

• Please inform your therapist about pregnancy, allergies, injuries or any medical condition before treatment.
• Indah Spa is not responsible for any undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Refund Policy

• Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable.

7. Liability

• Indah Spa is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
• All services are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only.

8. Changes to Terms

Indah Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
